What we collect
When you shop with us: name, delivery address, email, phone, order history. When you write to us: your email and message. When you visit the site: anonymous statistics about pages visited (no personally identifiable data).
Why
We use your data to process your order, ship your parcel, reply to your questions and comply with bookkeeping law. We don't send newsletters without your consent.
Who we share with
With shipping providers (GLS) to deliver your parcel. With payment providers to receive payment. With our hosting and e-commerce providers (Shopify) to run the shop. We never sell your data.
Retention
Order details are kept for 5 years to comply with bookkeeping law. Customer enquiries are deleted after 2 years.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time. Write to butik@farveladeland.com. You can also file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
Cookies
We use necessary cookies to make the shop work — including remembering your basket. We don't use marketing or tracking cookies.
