When you shop with us: name, delivery address, email, phone, order history. When you write to us: your email and message. When you visit the site: anonymous statistics about pages visited (no personally identifiable data).

We use your data to process your order, ship your parcel, reply to your questions and comply with bookkeeping law. We don't send newsletters without your consent.

With shipping providers (GLS) to deliver your parcel. With payment providers to receive payment. With our hosting and e-commerce providers (Shopify) to run the shop. We never sell your data.

Order details are kept for 5 years to comply with bookkeeping law. Customer enquiries are deleted after 2 years.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time. Write to butik@farveladeland.com. You can also file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).

Necessary cookies and local storage make the shop work — including your basket, checkout, wishlist and your cookie choice. Only with your consent do we also use: preferences (viewed products and recent searches, stored on your device), statistics (Google Analytics and an anonymous view counter; Google may process data in the USA) and marketing (sharing visits and purchases with advertising partners such as Google and via Shopify). None of this loads before you consent. Your choice is kept for 12 months, and you can change or withdraw it at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
